The rural village of Ingworth lies within the conservation area belonging to the National Trust's Blickling Hall Estate. It is ideally situated for walking any of the waymarked routes through the estate and beyond through some of England's finest meadowland. Within one mile you can walk by Blickling Lake and the Hall itself, along the River Bure, through tree lined footpaths and acres of woodland. Within an eight mile radius you can visit the North Norfolk coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham, and the historic city of Norwich. The famous Norfolk Broads are easily accessible by road or steam railway from the ancient market town of Aylsham just one and a half miles from Ingworth. Excellent pubs and restaurants are easily accessible in Aylsham and surrounding villages. 

Skipjack is a first floor apartment situated in a delightful rural location above a private indoor swimming pool. The apartment is finished to a high standard and offers very comfortable accommodation with good quality fixtures and fittings as well as your own hot tub in the garden! With exclusive use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna for two hours a day included in the rental price, this is a holiday with a difference with the fantastic facilities and easy access to the North Norfolk Coast. Open Plan Room with Sitting Area attractively furnished with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi and sofa bed

Bedroom  with a double bed, TV and DVD player
Bathroom with bath, washbasin, w.c. and washer/dryer

Garden: Enclosed lawned garden with patio, pond and decked area. Garden furniture, barbecue and a hot tub available May to Sept.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels, robes, books and games.
Notes: Sofa Bed - allows the accommodation to be booked for two additional guests, please advise use on booking. It is possible to hire the pool for additional hours subject to availability. The maximum number of adults allowed in the pool at any time is eight and the minimum is two. Particular attention has been paid to sound insulation. Care should be taken with young children.
