Lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage. We have enjoyed our stay and have had some great days out. Walks along the coastal path were good especially from Cromer to Overstrand along the cliff top. We enjoyed a boat trip on the Broads and the steam train ride on the Poppy line.

This is an excellent base for exploring North Norfolk and the Broads. The cottage is a delight, cosy, warm and well equipped. The Crown Inn just down the road serves lovely food at reasonable prices and has excellent friendly service.
