A lovely cottage, very clean and well equipped in a quiet area. The weather has been lovely and we enjoyed crabbing at Wells, exploring Brancaster beach and had some lovely walks at Sandringham and Burnham Overy Staithe.

Excellent cottage, very clean and well equipped. Plenty to do and visit nearby with cycling from Bircham Mill, beach at Holkham and good food at The Lifeboat in Thornham.

Wonderful cottage and a very warm welcome. We had a great day out at Brancaster beach which was lovely and sandy, Snettisham farm was a hit with the kids as they were able to feed the anilmals.

The accommodation is excellent and is a good base for exploring Norfolk. The attention to detail and the additions made from last year are excellent. It is in a quiet location and makes for a relaxing holiday but it is close to many local attractions.
