Wherever you look in this region you will almost certainly find a great local pub offering good food, a selection of ales and often a few good tales of local intrigue. An unusual pub in this region is The Locks Inn in Geldeston. Situated right on the banks of the River Waveney, it is only accessible by boat or on foot and doesn’t have mains electricity. If you are lucky, you will be visiting on the same day as the Molly Dancers – a unique twist on the Morris dancing theme.
