Norwich Theatre RoyalIt presents a large range of drama, dance, comedy, music and other entertainment. The theare had a £10m refurbishment in 2007, designed by Tim Foster Architects. The traditional Christmas family pantomime is by far the biggest money-spinner for the theatre each year. In 2006, it was Cinderella, starring former Coronation Street actor Adam Rickitt as Prince Charming. The following year former Doctor Who Colin Baker played King Rat in Dick Whittington. Neighbours actress Caitlin Stasey took the title role in Snow White in 2008, with Stephen Fry appearing on a magic mirror during each performance. One of the most hotly-anticipated events since the refurbishment, was Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian McKellan appearing in Waiting For Godot during April 2008.
