In March 2011, Norfolk Country Cottages was awarded the Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS) Gold Award. We are the only lettings agent in the East of England to achieve this accolade, and the award recognises the hard work all our staff have put in to make sure that Norfolk Country Cottages operates in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.

And now the high levels of customer service and peace of mind we offer are further recognised by the presentation of a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency award, given after an assessment of our office policies, practises and procedures. Norfolk Country Cottages is delighted to be one of only a small number of holiday cottage agencies recognised in this way.
