Norfolk Country Cottages is the region's leading independent holiday cottage letting agency and we are based in Reepham, Holt and Burnham Market in Norfolk. From time to time we have vacancies arise and we will post them on this page of our website.

Position Number 1

Customer and Homeowner Administrator required for our Burnham Market office.

3 days per week plus alternate Saturdays (10.00am - 6.00pm)  Hours would normally be 9.00am – 5.00pm. Must have good customer care skills and be computer literate, training will be given on our internal systems. Position Number 2

We are currently looking for a paid (£1,000 per month) Marketing Analyst Intern (6 months) to join our growing (and fun!) business, based in the lovely market town of Reepham, Norfolk…

The internship will involve supporting the TOCC marketing department - and specifically the marketing analysis team - who look to provide key business metrics and trends to appropriate audiences, to keep them informed and involved. Successful candidates will be able to gain experience in a wide variety of key business/marketing fields, including:

• Developing customer databases and evaluating key market drivers
• Evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business and structuring regular reporting of these to different audiences
• Leading with a competitor intelligence project - looking to centralise competitor information
• Undertaking ad-hoc insight provision to key internal stakeholders
• Supporting the marketing team through insight into customer behaviour and marketing performance

Candidate requirements:

• A passion for numbers
• Strong interest in statistical and analytical analysis
• Attention to detail with strong numerate understanding
• Good organisational and documentation skills
• A real willingness to learn, along with good team spirit
• Good MS office skills - especially Excel
