Norfolk has a rich and diverse history. Once home to Queen Boudica and the Iceni Tribe, who fought off Roman invaders, the county of Norfolk today has some superb manor houses, large monasteries, exceptionally preserved churches and impressive castles. In terms of topography Norfolk has somewhat of a North Europe feel about it. There are beautiful big skies, large swathes of pine trees, wonderful inland waterways and many stunning sandy beaches.
We'd love you to come and join us in our much loved county!
